    Yes, we allow pets! Our leasing team can discuss breed restrictions and applicable fees.

  • Does this property have a fitness center?

    Yes, there is a fitness center with interactive equipment. 

  • Is this location commuter friendly?

    Yes, Riley Apartments is just minutes from 35W, Highway 62, and the Metro bus line.

    Yes, there is controlled access, indoor bike storage. 

  • What is the neighborhood around Riley Apartments like?

    Riley Apartments is in a sought after neighborhood just blocks from Downtown Richfield! You will be able to enjoy the hometown feel while being just minutes from all the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the Twin Cities. 

  • What are some amenities offered?

    Amenities at Riley Apartments include electric car charging stations, keyless entry, a fitness center, indoor bike parking, common area WIFI, a rooftop deck, a community lounge, community workspaces, a community kitchen, a heated garage, off-street parking, and secure package delivery. 

  • What are some in-unit features?

    In-unit features include: 9-foot ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows with roller shades, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, smart-locking security system, soft-close doors and drawers, LED mirrors, and expansive closets. 

  • Are utilities included?

    Utilities are charged per person monthly for water, sewer, and trash. Units are individually metered for electricity usage and residents will be billed this cost by management monthly. Please speak with your leasing agent to learn more.

  • Are there community spaces?

    There are community workspaces with WIFI, community lounge areas, community fitness center, and a community kitchen. 

  • Is there off-street parking?

    Riley Apartments has a heated garage as well as an exterior lot. Parking fees may vary. 

  • What is the square footage per unit?

    Riley Apartments has a variety of 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom, and Studio floorplans. Size of units depend on the floorplan. The 2-bedroom unit is 894 square feet, 1-bedroom floorplans can range from 572 to 678 square feet, and studios range from 454 to 493 square feet. 

  • Is laundry included in the unit?

    Yes, every unit comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer. 

  • Is there air conditioning and heating?

    Yes, every unit at Riley Apartments comes with a programmable thermostat to heat and cool your apartment. 

  • Is there a maintenance team?

    Yes. Please provide details, troubleshooting you have done, and any helpful photos of the problem. Through our online resident portal maintenance ticket form.

  • When is my first payment due?

    Your first rent payment is due on or before the date of move in. Payment can be made through our online resident portal.

  • When do I pay the deposit?

    After your application has been approved you will be invited to provide the deposit through our online resident portal. After the deposit is paid, we take your desired apartment off the market and hold it for 72 hours giving you time to read and sign your leases. Deposits are refundable at move out depending on the condition of the unit.

  • How many units are there?

    Riley Apartments is a 5-story building with 82 units. 

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Payments must be paid online through our resident portal. We do not accept checks or cash as payment. 

  • Are units furnished?

    All apartments are unfurnished. 

  • What types of leases are available?

    9-12 Month Terms. Alternative options could be available based on the current season. Please discuss this with your leasing agent to learn more.
